Loyalty Program

  1. Customers must spend above Ngultrum Ten Thousand in a single bill acquisition to qualify for our loyalty program.
  2. For customers who qualify for our loyalty program, you will receive a loyalty card from our sales counter.
  3. Customers must provide their names and contact details for reference.
  4. The customer must show their loyalty cards, to claim their benefits.
  5. For lost or damaged cards, the customer has to inform the CSI Counter desk and request a new card.
  6. The expiry date of the card is mentioned on the card.
  7. Once customers become a member of CSI Market loyalty program, every purchase points are accumulated.
  8. A maximum of one month from the expiry date is considered for renewal and a new card will be issued.
  9. The customer can claim his/her shopping voucher accumulation during our operating hours.
  10. For members, we will issue shopping vouchers, which can be claimed as products from the CSI market and Cafe.
